January Retreats
In these guided weekends, we will use “Lamrim” meditations which means the Stages of the Path to Enlightenment. This retreat will go through one complete cycle of the Lamrim presentation in the book Modern Buddhism. Short retreats provide the ideal opportunity to contemplate the teachings we have received and deepen our understanding and familiarity with them.

The Transformative Power of Compassion & Wisdom Weekend with visiting teacher Gen Gomlam
January 20 – 21
A good heart always brings good results. Learn the main meditations within Kadampa Buddhism that guide us to the experience of what is called “Ultimate Bodhichitta” – a compassionate mind of wisdom meditating on the true nature of reality for the benefit of all. Through practicing these meditations on Buddha’s teachings, we can gradually change our views, intentions, and actions so that we experience life in a fresh, positive and uniquely creative way.
