Intention – Charting a Course for Our Spiritual Life

Saturday Morning Retreat with Buddhist Teacher Dawn Jackson

Sat, July 12: 10 am – 12:45 pm

Everything we set out to accomplish in life begins with a plan – a vocation, a vacation, a life-changing journey, or just a simple trip to the grocery store. Planning is a natural part of our worldly life, but have we made planning a natural part of our spiritual life?

In this half-day meditation retreat, we will discuss and contemplate a structured approach to our spiritual life so that we can create and follow a path that will help us develop our mind to its fullest expression of love and compassion.

Dawn Jackson  lives on Florida’s Treasure Coast and was previously active with KMC Long Island. With over 20 years of experience, she’s taught general program meditation classes, the Foundation Program, and classes for children and teens. Her encouraging, joyful style makes it easy to learn how to apply Buddha’s teachings to our daily lives so that everything we do becomes a meaningful practice.
