The success of all our Dharma practices depends on receiving powerful blessings from our spiritual guide. These blessings are like the sunlight and water that nourishes the seed of our spiritual potential and causes it to grow. Through receiving our spiritual guide’s blessings we can transform our mind from a negative state to a positive state, from an unhappy state to a happy state, or from a state of weakness to a state of strength. In this day retreat we will engage in a special practice of Guru yoga according to Highest Yoga Tantra, through which we can receive powerful blessings very quickly.
