“When, from the depths of our heart, without attachment, we feel very close, warm and happy toward someone, this is affectionate love.” – Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, How to Transform Your Life

Love is one of the main things that everyone in the world wants. Unfortunately, we experience a lot of suffering in our search for a partner, and in all our relationships there are differences of opinion, conflicts of interest, and eventually the pain of separation or loss. How can we have love in our lives, without a lot of unnecessary negativity? This workshop will introduce a Buddhist approach to relationships, one that includes love, personal responsibility, and non-attachment.
