The mistaken attitude that gets in the way of our happiness is how we mis-identify ourself. In this very special Saturday meditation workshop visiting teacher, Kadam Michelle, will explain how we can apply Buddha’s wisdom teachings on “selflessness” to an understanding of our self, and in the process discover that the self we normally see, a limited self with limited potential, actually doesn’t exist.

By gaining experience with this meditation, we will come to understand the real value of our human life, and discover that we have been misidentifying ourself for a very long time. We can then recognize that the self that does exist is one of unlimited potential and possibility.

Kadam Michelle will also teach the Sunday morning class on March 10 from 11am-12:30, titled LIfe is But a Dream. >>>
Discounted pricing available for Standard/Plus members. Members please log in before booking.
