Rewrite the Past
A Saturday Morning Retreat with Resident Teacher Gen Jindak
Sat, Mar 22: 10:00 am – 12:45 pm
How much of your personal pain is centered on memories that happened in the past?
Buddha taught that all impermanent phenomena are momentary, not remaining in the second moment. When we reflect on this deeply, we can learn to stop grasping at the past or future and enjoy the present. This is the meaning of living in the moment.
In this morning retreat, Gen Jindak will explain the nature of impermanence, and letting go of grudges, past pain, guilt and regret.
