Anxiety and worry has become an epidemic in our society these days. Even if you solve the external problem that you’re worried about, the mind of anxiety finds something else to fixate on. Then there is the feeling of general anxiety that doesn’t seem to be about anything in particular. Depression almost always seems to go with anxiety, so that even when the overactive mind calms down, you sink into feelings of discouragement and hopelessness.

Are you ready for a different approach to these horrible problems? This morning course offers practical strategies and meditations to get a handle on our emotions and navigate our feelings more skillfully. Beyond simply coping, beyond simply managing, we can find in our own experience that it is possible to discover our own source of happiness within. And we will gain confidence about our potential to gradually eradicate these minds altogether and to radically transform how we relate to ourselves and others.
