“If we can develop equanimity with regard to the concerns of this life we will overcome many of our daily anxieties and frustrations.” – Joyful Path of Good Fortune, Geshe Kelsang Gyatso

So many people are depressed these days. Anxiety is an epidemic in our world. Even healthy people experience low levels of anxiety on a regular basis. Fear is rampant, and the sufferings in many people’s lives have gotten out of control. How can we live peacefully with joy and hope in the midst of all this? In these classes, we will be learning and practicing spiritual methods that have proven their effectiveness for centuries. These methods are special ways of thinking, working with our mind and with our karma. Temporarily, we can pacify the worst sufferings of anxiety and depression, and ultimately we can transform our experience into the profound joy and peace of enlightenment.
