Oct 21 | Become Your Own Protector

Guided Refuge Retreat with Gen Jindak
Saturday, October 21:   10 am – 12:45 pm

We all seek protection in something. But most of the things we turn to offer partial, temporary relief at best. We need permanent liberation from all suffering and problems.

Buddhists seek ultimate refuge in the Three Jewels – Buddha, the omniscient doctor who guides us along the spiritual path, Sangha, the kind spiritual nurses who inspire us and show a good example, and Dharma, the actual medicine that cures our mental pain protecting us from fear and suffering.

On this very special guided retreat with Gen Jindak learn how to engage in the practice of refuge both in retreat and in daily life.
