March Series: Contentment – The True Nature of Our Mind

Why is it that sometimes our mind is a welcome companion? And at other times it can seem like our worst enemy? Sometimes our thoughts are light and inspired and at other times they seem heavy and intractable. By the end of any given day, we are often left feeling drained, exhausted and desperate for the nearest distraction or relief. In this 4-week course we will use meditation on the clarity of the mind to understand the true nature of our mind and the thoughts that arise from within it. With continued analysis and practice, we will gain the ability to keep our mind calm regardless of what is going on around us. In this way, we will finally begin to taste the contentment that is truly possible for each one of us.

All drop-in meditation classes are free for monthly supporting members.

Discounted pricing available for Standard/Plus members. Members please log in before booking.
