Terms and Conditions
Kadampa Meditation Center Fort Lauderdale provides services that are subject to the following terms and conditions. When you register for our classes or events through this site, or sign up for membership, you accept the following conditions.

Cancellation Policy: Class and Event Registrations
If you cancel at least 24 hours prior to the start of an event we will refund all but 25%. If you cancel less than 24 hours before an event, or after an event, no refunds are provided. Exceptions may be made in circumstances such as sickness or bereavement – apply by e-mail to adkmcfortl@gmail.com within 2 weeks of the Event. Any non-refunded fees arising from cancellations are donated to The NKT International Temples Project.

Conditions for a Recurring Membership

Automatic Renewal
When you sign up for a membership, a monthly recurring payment will automatically be charged to the credit card you provide (cash and checks are not accepted for membership payments). Monthly charges to your card will continue automatically unless we hear from you.

Declined & Expired Cards
If at any time your card is declined or has expired, your membership will be suspended immediately, and you will receive an email with instructions to update your payment information and reactivate your membership.

Membership Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time by submitting a request by email to adkmcfortl@gmail.com. You must provide at least 5 days advance notice for cancellations. Cancellations will be effective on the next renewal date after the date of your email. No refund will be issued for days that remain on the current month of your membership.
