Transform the Way You Love

A Saturday Morning Retreat  with visiting teacher Gen Lhadron
Sat, February 14: 10 am – 12:45 pm

-Where does the pain in our relationships really come from?

-Is it possible to experience love without pain and disappointment?

-What are the different levels of loving others that give us confidence in our ability to maintain a stable positive attitude in and out of relationship?

We are going to celebrate the mind of “loving” this weekend. There are so many misconceptions about love and relationship success in our modern society. In Modern Buddhism, the “wisdom of loving” is practical, logical and very easy to integrate into the constellation of people we already love. As our love for others improves, paradoxically the happiness we experience increases.

Everyone can benefit from learning more about how the mind of love works!

Gen Lhadron will also teach the Sunday morning class at 11am-12:30pm on Sunday, February 15.  The title is the Wisdom of Loving.
