Guided meditations and teachings with modern Buddhist nun, Gen Jindak

Loving kindness Meditation: Improving All of Our Relationships

Love does not have to be painful.  How can we keep love for others amidst the everyday challenges that pop up in all of our relationships? Buddha teaches us how to love unconditionally without expectation or fear.

These meditations give us the ability to continuously improve all of our relationships through learning to recognize the difference between real love and our unrealistic ideas about love.
