Change Your Mind to Change Your World: Introduction to Tantra

Morning Retreat with Resident Teacher Gen Jindak
Sat, Apr 4: 10 am – 12:45 pm

The most powerful methods for changing our mind and our world are Buddha’s Tantric meditations.

But what is Tantra? And how will this practice improve our own life?  Tantric teachings are methods that harness the imagination to produce powerful inner transformation and deep inner peace. These meditations increase both our wisdom and our compassion until it produces a bliss so powerful that it completely purifies our mind.

In this morning retreat, Gen Jindak will give an introduction including some practical meditations that anyone can use right away. Through this immensely joyful, insightful, and creative approach to life we can become more and more confident of our spiritual potential for enlightenment.
