Day Retreat Jan 16
Chakras, Channels and Great Bliss

with visiting Teacher Gen Lladron

What are chakras, and what role do they play in our spiritual development?

According to Buddhist teachings on the subtle body, each of us possesses inner energy winds that flow through a network of subtle channels and chakras. These inner winds are closely connected with our mind, and by learning to harness them through meditation we can bring about profound inner transformation.

In this retreat we will explore how working with our subtle body and mind can lead to deep spiritual change. We will understand that enlightenment is not simply an inspiring idea—it is a real possibility within our own mind. The teachings explain with remarkable clarity the precise process through which an ordinary person can transform into an enlightened being.

Although this is an advanced retreat, anyone who has the intention to receive the Highest Yoga Tantra Empowerment is welcome to attend. It will help to have some familiarity with the topic as explained in Modern Buddhism Part 2. Below is a link to the free e-book.
