Guided Meditation Retreats on Saturdays in January

On retreat we stop all forms of business and extraneous activities so as to emphasize a particular spiritual practice.

Begin your year with a guided meditation retreat.  We are offering three one-day Saturday retreats covering the three principle aspects of the path to enlightenment as explained in Geshe Kelsang’s book, Mirror of Dharma.

You can attend any or all of these retreats in January.
