Inner Peace is Happiness: A Buddhist Perspective
Is happiness possible? Buddha taught that peace of mind is the source of happiness and that it comes from within our own mind, not anywhere else. On Sunday mornings we are learning meditations for controlling and transforming our mind, so that we can attain a lasting state of freedom and joy, independent of external conditions.
These practical instructions are perfect for daily meditation, as they clarify important aspects of Buddhist spiritual practice on the stages of the path to enlightenment, or Lamrim.
